I actually studied how if everyone took three deep intentional breaths everyday, their health would be drastically improved. Those stats startle me. It’s not the “inhale” so much as the “exhale”, to adequately empty our lungs of old air and allow in an abundance of the fresh. Makes sense. So I’ve also observed, for those who like bundled through the night, the benefit wearing a night shirt to cover the neck and shoulders from the night draft. It’s tough to get good oxygen when you’ve blocked your air passages with layers of goose down and, after you fall asleep, what’s to alert you to waken for full oxygen intake as long as you are getting “enough”. Definitely a case for “enough is not good enough”.

My man! Such a good guy and now proof he’s listening! I hope you were also inspired by my recent postcard using YL Dragon Time Massage Oil to wash my face and makeup.
So my husband walked into the kitchen stretching his neck for me to snuggle into this amazing crisp aroma he had just splashed on. It was fresh and clean like grapefruit, yet woody masculine of cedarwood. And it was nice!
He was clearly proud for me to guess what he had done and, turns out, because of my results he used the massage oil on his face after shaving to cool and condition the skin.
Not longing for the estrogen support of Dragon Time blend, he opted for YL Cel-Lite Magic Massage Oil that smells very inviting. Can I be the only one who gets excited opening a fresh tube of toothpaste?! I’ll only pay for the best and there’s something about that little present to myself, to my smile! And to make sure I get to eat all my favorite foods for years to come!
But before you open that new tube, check it out…. lay the near-empty tube of toothpaste on its side, and take the flat surface from the bottom of another container to press it along the exterior of the tube to gather lingering product off the inner sides and down into the cap.
THEN, snip the tube in half (saving the top to re-cap as pictured) and there you’ll find your treasure of several more brushings. Don’t waste a drop. And since everyone in my house get their own tube of toothpaste, go ahead, double dip!

I realized a while back that my very best skincare is to cleanse my face with YL Massage Oils. So it’s a quirky day! Snow, sunshine, snow, sunshine, the mildest Midwest winter you could ask for.
