And with that voice on the other end of the phone, my heart dropped back into its rightful place; 39 years later.
My Superhero is my Basic Military Training instructor.
The sound of his taps clicking against the cold hard floor as the guard calls out, “Male in the dorm”, the smell of some 60 over-starched green fatigue uniforms snapping to disciplined attention, the knowing I must have lost my mind when I showed up to formation with my dress blues buttoned wrong, and the real fears as we were the first Squadron to train male and female troups together under threat of the returning military draft.
And the proud look under the TI’s hat-brimmed brow each time I got the answer right,….. “Sir, the Duke, sir!”.
However small, my Superhero created situations so we could know what a win feels like. I was eager to prove his faith was not misplaced in me. And I recognized the hero everywhere…. the rest of my life.
Who do you need to thank? Not because they made life easy, but because it was tough and they let you know you would rise above it.

meniere’s, vertigo, tennitus

Stumbled onto a scrap paper from April 2008 (LOL) sharing this testimony from Judy. Could still be a Godsend for someone you know!
“I once worked with a person that would take ginger for her vertigo and it was amazing how well it worked.
As soon as she felt it coming on, the lady would take a couple of capsules of ginger immediately. And then a ½ hour later, take one more capsule. And a fourth capsule another ½ hour after that.
This is how she would stop the vertigo from coming on.”
She told me she shared this with her dentist who would get vertigo so bad that he would stop working for even several days. After taking ginger, he never had the problem; as long as he took the ginger as soon as he felt it coming on.
Judy suggests trying a drop of YL Ginger essential oil under the tongue. Perhaps even 2 or 3 drops in an empty YL Clear Gel Capsule and swallow with a full cup of water. Whatever feels right for you.
Now, are you wishing the water would stop moving in this ear? So does your friend who’s been diagnosed, and most likely told there’s no hope for their layers of symptoms. What a gift of information to SHARE if Ginger is their answer too!

Huge gratitude shoutout to Betsy sharing her latest experience with YL Frankincense. Check this out!
Betsy’s pet had the scary diagnosis “skin cancer” so here is what she did….
- 6 drops Fractionated Coconut Oil (liquid)
- 1 drop YL Sacred Frankincense essential oil
- Mixed together and applied topically over the area 3 times a day.
The back story is that she started out with YL Frankincense and, when that bottle ran out, she reached for our extra “magical” YL Sacred Frankincense from Oman (the species gifted to Jesus of Nazareth). Imagine her “WOW” when the results shifted so quickly!

Use your own best judgement when you consider Carl’s experience using YL Lemongrass essential oil to support tendons/ligaments, as “might be making my foot worse”.
- Is it possible I notice my muscles ache more, now that my tendon doesn’t
- As my foot feels better and better, do I rely on it too much too fast, instead of letting it get back to 90-100% before running the marathon

NOW I’m ready to pack up Christmas!
Slowing down was a great choice and I wasn’t letting go of this year till I studied and sniffed out every last drop of gratitude in every lesson!
Not without tears, several of us in the Mastermind hold each other up as we each let go of old mental blueprints. And with equivalent laughter, share the most exuberant peace!!
Whew!! I can hardly wait to jump back in here! I was open to learn how ten different social platforms make life better!! Kudos to those who have mastered over it!
It’s not my thing. You won’t find me over there.
Right here, whether it’s an oil testimony that keeps me younger than my years, transition encouragement for those in service, a business experience to help people you care about, an idea that rocks my world or yours, a kitchen find that makes cooking fun, a growth spurt that makes laughter the new norm….. if I can share it, I’m right here!
