story introduction

So as I laid in bed, my mind was fresh with memory of the one wound that never healed.
Moments earlier I had just shared on Marco Polo with my mastermind girls about my little brother who was given away. As an adult we call it foster care. But I was a child and what I experienced was confusion over being good enough, or bad enough, to be given away. The path I chose was to find good enough.
Even so, at 22 I heard the words “you can always be disowned you know”. By 42, I was.
You’ll never guess how the story evolves. I was there yet it still took near 50 years. That’s the thing about our experiences. It doesn’t expose itself with the same mind that created the conflict.
In other words, of course the stuff you already know needs resolved, you’ve already resolved; in your own way.
Instead we must open to the quiet calm of our “subconscious” mind’s impeccable memory. It will serve to remember this…. the symptom in sight is never the problem.
And so without malice, I was catapulted to discover euphoric peace and forgiveness. Including last Spring while seated in the back rows at mother’s funeral, that little brother stood to speak. And this time I didn’t let go.

Today I graduated from the “Master Key Experience” (MKE)
that starts tomorrow.
————————
And so it goes, we begin at the end of the story.
Last night on the final cutoff for scholarships, I submitted my application by answering my intention with…. “The Close” to my personal HJ1/HJ2 journey….. which means answering the call to action beyond surviving long enough to make it to my own funeral. Or as our local hero Lebron James puts duty and determination, “Till the casket drops”.
So with FULL FAITH and DESIRE to accept the greatness of creation within me, and within you (gives “without” new meaning), I laid my head down for the night.
For now, as the story reveals itself, true to my nature I jump to the ending and saw its magnificence! That’s where we always start…… with the end in mind.
Where do you want to be in 6-months as we explore together? Your answer can’t resist your charms and, as you already know, what ye seek ye shall find!
Like a child set on the ice cream truck and that chocolate dripped creamy treat with the crushed nuts on top that you’re probably allergic to anyway but, golly gosh, if you have to whine please or throw a temper tantrum, run in your bare feet or jump on your bike, beg for your allowance a week early or shake your piggy bank upside down for what feels like hours. You figure it out.
Now, do you chase the ice cream truck or wait to see IF your chance comes back around again tomorrow.
Your determination determines.
eyes have it

Too important, yes?! and request comes up all the time!!!!! A simple way to use the clinic’s original eyecare recipe which I love for strengthening vision and, for me, even correct dry eyes.
I apply by putting a drop or two of each oil in the palm of my hand and smoosh together so nothing is dripping, then place hands over CLOSED EYES..… pressing gently….. layering one oil right after the other, one at a time…. each morning and again before bed!
a couple drops YL Frankincense essential oil, then,
a couple drops YL Cypress essential oil, then,
a couple drops YL Rosemary essential oil
BE AWARE YOU WILL NOT WANT TO PUT GLASSES OF ANY KIND BACK ON FOR 5-10 MINUTES. ESSENTIAL OILS ARE ALIVE AND ACTIVE AND, TO TRAP, ALSO TRAPS THE HEAT OF THEIR ENERGY. DON’T TRAP THEM! NOBODY LIKES THAT, RIGHT?!
a second chance at basic training

If I knew then what I know now, right?!
I have to believe there’s more than just myself who have literal dreams of a boot camp do-over. I’d be brilliant I’m just sure of it! And I sure wouldn’t cry inside when I got ripped for my undergarments in a wad under my dress blues. Fear had distracted me from even grooming myself? Thought I had lost my mind.
Meet Mark J., Hawaiian shirt and all. He is that second chance!
Of course being an empowered civilian takes a deal of discipline too!
The level of clarity working the last 10-months with Mark and his wife, the Fabulous Davene, has freed me to be a more effective listener, a kinder friend, a humbler prayer warrior, a confident guide, a focused business partner, a grateful spouse. And a rockin’ shaker-and-a-mover showing people how to get their life back like I did! Whatever that looks like for you!
That’s the real beauty. No one here telling you what to believe. Just creating the environment for you to BELIEVE.

scars and soft tissue

My scar, hubbies YL Prostate Health supplement.
There I was, alone with an empty bottle of, you know, prostate stuff. One of the capsules had leaked its precious oils into the bottom (of the jar). Rather than throw it away, I added a little water, a little shake, and blessed the scars of my legs. It felt so calming that this afternoon, I pierced one of the actual capsules and massaged half of the contents all around and behind my knees. May do it again tomorrow!
NOTE: It came to me because of the throbbing. I figured since the right leg relates to male energy, the essential oils in this blend is an “outside of the box” story that just may work. Well, right leg has been fine all day! There ya go!
animals, aromatherapy and essential oils

“I have raised animals all my life and presently have several miniature horses as well as four teams of draft horses. I also have pygmy goats, Barbadoes sheep and llamas at my ranch where I reside. On my 1300 acre herb farm at Whispering Springs in Mona, Utah, I have an animal petting zoo with Bactrian camels, zeeboos from Africa (miniature Bramas), Watusi cows and bulls, Walleroos (miniature kangaroos), llamas, buffalo, miniature donkeys, as well as horses and goats. As you can see, we have a wide variety of animals.
We have used the oils extensively on many of the animals and are continually making discoveries. The animals respond extremely well and we feel they have benefited greatly.
In my experience, I have found that animals respond to essential oils much the same as humans. Animals are not as sensitive to the phenol and sesquiterpene constituents so they can be applied “neat” or full strength. One needs only to determine which oils are applicable to the situation and then apply a few drops 3-4 times daily.
The amount for small animals like cats and dogs is like the application for a child: 3-4 drops each time applied. For larger animals like large dogs apply 6-7 drops. For horses, apply 15-20 drops.
After applying the oils, I have found it beneficial to cover the open wound with Gentle Care Rose Ointment (today we also have Animal Scents Ointment), which keeps the skin soft and helps promote the healing.
I have applied the oils in the following ways:
- Apply on their paws where the absorption is very fast.
- On cloven hoof animals apply on the auricular points of the ears and/or spine or both.
- Underneath the top lip on the gums and on the tongue.
- Sprinkle a few drops on the spine and then massage into skin, just like with humans.
For various problems I have experimented with the following oils:
- Strangle in horses, I used a combination of the oil blends Exodus 11 and Melrose together. (4 parts Exodus II to 1 part Melrose)
- Ear mites in cats and dogs – Purification and Peppermint.
- Ticks, fleas and flies – Tansy and tansy floral water.
- Tumors (all animals) – Frankincense and Lavender mixed together, Frankincense and Clove mixed together.
- Worms/ Parasites (all animals) – Paraway, and Di-Tone (now Di-Gize).
- Open wound (all animals) – Melrose, Helichrysum and Gentle Care Rose Ointment.
- Trauma (all animals) – Trauma Life, Valor, Peace & Calming, Melissa, Rosewood, Lavender, Valerian, and Chamomile.
- Bones (all animals) – PanAway, Birch (Wintergreen has same properties), Lemongrass, and Spruce.
- Nervous anxiety with horses – Valor, TraumaLife, Geranium, Lavender, and Valerian.
- Saddle sores – Melrose and Gentle Care Rose Ointment.
- Mineral deficiencies – Mineral Essence (liquid tincture taken internally) may help meet the animal’s needs and when met, they quit chewing on the furniture and other undesirable things.
- Tissue repair and healing directly on wound – Melrose.
- May help with pain and stop bleeding – Helichrysum.
- Healing of wounds and abrasions – Gentle Care Rose Ointment.”
