Lucky You had an amazing weekend and, oops, heartburn! So did my dear husband and it was the middle of the night. So he walks into our dark kitchen knowing the exact drawer we keep our bin of YL Ningxia Red travel packs which he drinks down to balance stomach acids. Got my perfect travel size stainless bottle for my YL Lavender Hand & Body Lotion!
Truth is that since we use Young Living’s washes and creams in daily routine, my hands are very forgiving that I don’t need to replenish moisture throughout the day.
What I’m really looking for is protecting my hands and forearms from age spots that are encouraged in these hot days….Lavender! Plus it is a fun product on hand to share with folks you meet! People appreciate a good lotion!!
To keep it from squirting everywhere inside your bag, simple enough, from any hardware store you want about an inch of clear rubber hose (about 50 cents a foot). You want the size hose so that the interior diameter is large enough to wrap around the neck of the pump (mine is about 5/8″). Scissors should be enough to cut a vertical slit from end to end so you can open the hose and slip over the neck of the pump mechanism.
Now it is blocked from pressing down the pump! And it’s just as simple to slip off and on again. Can’t have too much Lavender oil and you sure don’t want to run out of this very versatile oil! To top it off, yep, THIS MONTH’s BONUS (click here for details)!! And the silliest part is, it would have served even more perfect due to the fact that it is perfectly wonderful if you don’t have good water to rinse it off completely! It’s an easy pitfall for loving our skin to fall into the category of “when I get around to it”.
But facialist extraordinaire, Cherie, tells me skipping your evening cleanse just one night sets your skin back a week!
Well it has been 10-days of travel and sweat on top of sweat with the notion I’ll-make-up-for-it-later. Later is now and my face responded in a big way back home to this favorite face mask! I’ve always preferred to massage this gentle face scrub onto clean dry skin and leave it rest for as long as I can without answering the doorbell or leaving the house. Then rinse with cool water and pat dry.
My skin feels alive again and I can’t stop touching it! Of course, that’s not the best idea either!

HOME FROM CUBA!! The stories and testimonies OMG! So today is for me to recover my thoughts and my suitcase. My best advice though is that when you travel this summer, be it near or far, have a couple YL Ningxia Red Travel Packets in your bag and a couple to share if you are so inclined to bless someone else. I was acclimated last week to the consequences of foreign food and the doctor I was working with insisted I needed the shot he held in his hand. I insisted no. And too weak to explain to him that back in my room I had the shot I needed. A SHOT OF NINGXIA RED. After I was taken to my room and able to lift my head, I diluted a pack of our ‘Ningxia’ with purified water and sipped ever so slowly throughout the night allowing my pH to s l o w l y come back to balance. Ta da! It is good to know I have a product I can trust with my life!! And I do!!

Feel the shift. Delight in seeing it is your own reflection pushing your buttons, your own issue. Honor that while you are responsible, you are not guilty. Feelings of “guilt” only serve to inflict us into literal physical pain.

When I set out to share with all of you how my family uses our precious Young Living products, guess I didn’t give much thought how personal. This is our lifestyle!! everyday!! all day!! We do, what we do, knowing we have the very best products available of their kind! We don’t over think IF they are safe here or there or how much or, whatever people have to consider when taking toxic pills and cremes! So anywho, you know the region on your backside where the hem of your shirt falls that can form inflammation? Not so much hem “rods” but, um, hemorrhoids. Okay we’re all on the same page. Cleanly and directly applying a couple full drops of YL Lemon oil, topped with a couple drops of YL Beauty Serum for Dry Skin, has tested affective. You’re welcome!
