“He’s gonna die of asthma like his grandma!” That’s one of the first things my future mother-in-law said to me.
Darling husband brought a drawer FULL of inhalers and drugs into our marriage. I’ve even heard Cortisone and Steroids used in cases. Back then, like any good husband, mine wanted nothing to do with my coaxing to just TRY my new oils. Till I gave in too, to his drugs, and stepped aside crying my eyes out many nights instead of sleeping while listening to his violent cough convince me I would be a young widow. I was so scared.
This Valentine’s Day we celebrate 27 years together in part because he gave me the most wonderful surprise! The very protocol sheet attached here! With the help of my ‘Essential Oils Desk Reference’ book and a desperate curiosity, he figured it out! Surely we all know a Valentine to help with this recipe and a card infused with RC!

Yep, when your eyes are angry, the last thing you want to look into is the light of a computer screen! My left eye is healing again and the doctor says the moisture sheath cannot reattach.
What?! Did she say “can’t”?! Alrighty then, I have five weeks to discover more healing stories! I just took my Zyto reading and up pops YL Release oil blend at 24 markers and YL Melissa essential oil for 14.
Those numbers are extremely high indeed, bottom line, those two products will greatly support my body right now and I’m excited!! I put a drop of each oil circling the bone around my eyes not letting anything linger inside. I’m hopeful to let go of the larger floaters. Best I can offer on results is to ask me in three weeks. What I do know is that our ‘Release‘ blend supports letting go of frustration, which would be hysterical to anyone who knows the story behind our floors finally resolved next week.
‘Melissa‘ oil supports encouragement and is also in our YL Hope oil blend which was formulated years ago when Gary Young went to the hospital bed of a critically ill woman. To be brief, when the woman was able to sit up in bed the next day, her daughter told Gary, “you gave my mother hope”. He also later learned the woman’s name was “Melissa”, and the combination of oils he used that day had it’s name…..HOPE.

My first YL Thieves Lozenge was too strong too but now they’re on my Top-10 list! Getting used to pure essential oils and infused products, like the lozenges, can get your attention when you’re already toxic from surrounding chemicals and medications. My first few times I’d put the lozenge in my mouth for a moment then wrap it up till later. It was working! Powerful good stuff and especially noted for sinus drainage, sore throats, and allergy type suffering. So what do you do when the person is literally a child or just refuses the power of Thieves oil blend??…. I put an unwrapped YL Thieves Lozenge or the new YL Thieves Infused Cough Drops into a porcelain mug and top with a half cup hot water. As it dissolves, sip the flavorful aroma as you would the best spice tea ever! Which means a single drop of YL Lemon essential oil makes a nice added dose of goodness!!

My gumption tank was full and I wasn’t sitting down! This week’s project was our fireplace wall and I was determined for the contemporary flare of a poured cement wall. Beautiful! The final step was to seal the wall with water-based polyurethane. No such thing as “no odor” when you are working with that much chemical and the fumes quickly filled the space. I reached for a single drop of YL Awaken oil blend (to awaken my creativity) and slipped it under my nose on a cotton square which I strapped to my face with a bandana like a well prepared cowboy. Immediate difference but my sinuses were already swelling shut with those first couple of breaths. Time to kick up my immune system to fight off the inevitable sinus infection…. not my first rodeo! I filled and swallowed a gelcap of approximately 20 drops of YL Immupower oil blend. A couple hours later about 20 drops of YL Thieves oil blend; also in a filled gelcap. Before washing up, I took another full gelcap of YL Immupower oil blend. That afternoon I had ingested somewhere around 60 drops of essential oils with no downward side effects!! I bypassed the illness response from such chemicals and synthetics because I learned from experience, again and again, the power of supporting your body systems with essential oils BEFORE trauma sets in. How is a headache possible with all these amazing oils, right?!! Well, I won’t win any awards for being the brightest bulb in the room, but I did figure it out… a week later.
You may remember a recent post I mentioned I’ve been disciplined using YL Eye Drops Protocol every night this past month. I wanted to see (Ha!) how much it could improve my vision before my Ophthalmologist appointment. Good plan! Great Results! And that’s the issue.
This week I’ve done lots of work in my office cleaning, purging, and computer work. On top of the world organized, now I take a moment to breathe and enjoy my massive achievement and “Ohhhhhh”! Lightbulb! For years I’ve been using “cheater” glasses to read and instinctively, after so many years, that’s what I’ve been doing all week. Put the glasses on! Also likely slouching toward the screen because I DON’T NEED READERS ANYMORE and now they make my vision over prescribed. That’s right, glasses are a medical prescription and over use can lead to complications. I had thought my aches must be the strain of sitting too long… without eating! See, that’s why my ZYTO reading picked up that I need YL Pure Protein Chocolate.
